Global Customer Director (Auto-mobility sector), CSI, AP
    As a part of Customer Solutions and Innovation (CSI) at DHL, your role will be crucial in driving sustained profitable growth for the organization by building strong customer relationships, implementing innovative solutions, and focusing on cross-business unit customer management. You will be responsible for strategic account planning and development, identifying prospects and game-changing initiatives, and conducting strategic customer dialogues to understand their business objectives and challenges.Your key accountabilities will include:- Developing Customer Development Plans and ensuring buy-in within DHL- Building and maintaining relationships with key customer contacts- Identifying new opportunities globally and managing the pipeline of opportunities to achieve revenue targets- Collaborating with internal teams to prepare, define win and pricing strategies, and develop proposals that align with customer requirements- Leading negotiations, gaining decision maker commitment, and closing deals successfully- Representing and managing customer expectations during deal implementation- Ensuring service delivery and performance management, as well as account maintenance, including contractual changes and customer communications- Coordinating efforts with the divisional account team and ensuring quality and commercial standards are metTo excel in this role, you should have:- 10-15 years of experience in the Logistics industry, Sector, or Customer- 3-5 years of commercial experience and consultative selling experience in an international context- A university degree and in-depth knowledge of the total supply chain of a particular sector- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a structured work approach- International exposure, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to develop customer intimacy at a senior level- Strong leadership, influencing, and adaptability skills to deliver results in a dynamic environmentIf you are someone who thrives in building customer value, fostering innovation, and leading strategic initiatives in a competitive market, this role offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to drive growth and success for DHL.,
