Job summary

Reolink is seeking a seasoned Costing & Financial Controls professional to own the full costing lifecycle for finished goods and components sourced from factories and subcontractors. You will partner with Operations, Procurement and Product Engineering to ensure accurate, transparent costs and real-time visibility of cost drivers across multiple entities on a single NetSuite backbone.

You will manage standard costs, validate quotations, monitor landed costs, and lead monthly variance and margin

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of cost accounting / manufacturing finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end costing for CM- and subcontractor-manufactured SKUs across product lines.
• Maintain standard costs (material, labour, overhead) at BOM level in NetSuite.
• Validate quotations against BOM costs and benchmark against benchmarks.
• Track subcontracting fees, tooling amortisation, and NRE charges.
• Monitor landed cost components (FOB, freight, duties, insurance).
• Prepare cost variances (PPV, usage, yield) and explain root causes.
• Support NPI costing, should-cost modelling, and first-article cost validation.
• Maintain inventory valuation integrity across entities.
