How will you value-add?
Demonstrating senior manager level capabilities in the following areas:
Technical expertise in climate science and/or climate risk analysis;
Building and managing relationships with other teams/functions across the network, including effectively managing a matrixed organisation;
Executing against multiple defined workstreams to deliver on overall programme objectives.
In addition, the role will suit candidates who can demonstrate:
Agility and resiliency, with an ability to operate in an ambiguous and dynamic environment;
Previous successful relationship building and communication skills
Global acumen at senior manager level
A broader strategic interest in our global network
Previous experience working in a network role would be beneficial, but is not necessary.
About you
Possess a Bachelor of Science in Climate related subject
8-10 years of experience in area of environmental and climate matters
Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
