Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore invites applications for a Corporate Finance Internship. You will gain hands-on exposure to IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic advisory while developing analytical, valuation, and financial modelling skills alongside experienced bankers.

You will work closely with professionals to support live deal execution, research, and the preparation of transaction materials, with a strong emphasis on learning and professional growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Open to learning, motivated and able to commit to 6 months internship.
• Strong analytical, writing, and Excel skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bloomberg helpful.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to IPOs, M&A, and capital-raising advisory.
• Support preparation of pitchbooks, teasers, and information memoranda.
• Conduct industry and company research to support client pitches.
• Assist in financial analysis and valuation using DCF and comps.
• Utilize financial databases like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, MergerMarket, AlphaSense.
• Assist live deal execution and due diligence.
