Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day service and maintain strong operational partnerships to support corporate client growth and retention.
• Lead and manage the Global Corporate Accounts team in the marketing of the Hospital to international insurance companies and medical assistance companies.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies plans and programmes to promote the business and utilization of services offered by the Hospital.
• Conduct research on markets, competitors and competitive trends to identify business opportunities to grow the business.
• Lead and develop the team in building and maintaining effective relationship with the accounts and developing their capacity to optimize utilization in the Hospital.
• Establish, develop and implement service support services (such as marketing, targeted activities with clients) for accounts that help them promote and increase utilization in the Hospital.
• Market the hospital's services through relationship management, hospital familiarization trips and close customer support.
• Establish and maintain an effective system for receipt and response to customer feedback.
• Establish, implement and review policies, procedures and protocols to ensure smooth and effective execution and performance of all concierge and marketing programmes.
• Recruit, retain and develop talent, skills and key competencies to provide and support the department's programmes and initiatives.
• Plan and manage budgets and resources to achieve efficiency and department goals.
