Job summary

Salesforce Singapore is seeking a high‑performing Controllership professional to join APJ, focusing on compensation, benefits, and commission accounting. The role supports monthly close, reconciliations, and audits in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, CPA preferred, 7+ years of accounting experience (3+ in public accounting), 2+ years in management, and strong communication. Workday and Tableau experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in public accounting.
• At least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Experience with multi-currency and multi-country ledgers in Workday is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to work with external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive regional and global finance initiatives to enhance Trust and operational efficiency.
• Participate in internal process improvement initiatives to improve reporting, analytical tools, and technical accounting procedures.
• Support monthly flux and variance analysis at regional and global levels.
• Responsible for monthly close activities including preparation/review of journals with full SOX compliance.
• Ensure timely completion of general ledger reconciliations with SOX compliance.
• Coordinate with HQ and regional teams to align accounting practices with Corporate Policies.
• Assist in annual audits with external auditors and ensure local statutory audits are completed on time.
