Argyll Scott leads a global commodities trading client seeking a Commodity Management Systems Implementation Lead to drive strategy, implementation, and ongoing enhancements across trading, risk, logistics, and finance platforms.

The role requires deep expertise in system deployments, project and program management, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable technology solutions enabling business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting commodity management, trading, supply chain, or enterprise business systems.
• Strong project and program management experience.
• Extensive business analysis and process improvement experience.
• Experience managing enterprise application support functions.
• Demonstrated success in vendor and stakeholder management.
• Experience working within commodities trading, energy, metals, mining, agriculture, or supply chain-intensive industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of commodity management systems.
• Define and execute the global roadmap for commodity management platforms.
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Drive system transformation, standardization, and automation across trading and supply chain.
• Oversee integration with ERP, finance, and data platforms; ensure scalability and reliability.
• Lead vendor selection, RFPs, and commercial discussions; manage budgets and SLAs.
