About the Job

As Global Clinical Development Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in developing strategic collaborations and stakeholder networks that drive the execution of Sanofi’s vaccine clinical programs across the Asia-Pacific region. You’ll assess and manage high-value partnerships, engage with government and research institutions, and lead initiatives that accelerate our clinical development efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

External Partnership Management

  • Assess and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities (funded and non-funded) based on feasibility, compliance, financial, and operational criteria

  • Lead the implementation of approved regional partnerships in collaboration with internal functions (Legal, Finance, R&D, Medical)

  • Coordinate project plans and track contract deliverables, risks, and budgets

  • Serve as primary contact for government and funding partners; co-lead joint project meetings

  • Prepare regular project reports, reimbursement documents, and funding submissions

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Implement and localize the GCD external stakeholder engagement strategy to optimize trial execution

  • Build internal networks to support stakeholder engagement activities

  • Gather critical insights from external stakeholders to inform operational and strategic decisions

  • Represent GCD at regional forums, increasing visibility of the vaccine pipeline and clinical efforts

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the External Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement Domain Leader and Vaccine Clinical Development teams

  • Interface with Clinical Project/Study teams, Medical Affairs, R&D Finance, and Franchise leads

  • Represent Sanofi to government, external R&D institutions, and clinical networks

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine, biological science, clinical or pharmaceutical sciences; Master’s/PhD/MBA preferred

  • Experience in external stakeholder engagement and partnership development

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical or biotech industry in Asia-Pacific, preferably in clinical development or medical functions

  • Strong skills in project planning and financial management

  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Experience working with government or funding bodies is a strong advantage

  • Knowledge of the vaccines sector and/or 5+ years of global project management experience is a plus

  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally
