Job summary

RDIVC PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly organised Campaign Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across active markets.

You will connect strategy with execution, oversee timelines across departments, ensure brand and compliance alignment, and collaborate with design, operations, product and country teams to deliver impact across digital, offline and events. You will coordinate seasonal campaigns, ensure on-time delivery, monitor KPIs and prepare

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or integrated marketing.
• Experience handling multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Understanding of campaign workflows, go-live processes, and cross-functional coordination.
• Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and event-related channels.
• Build campaign structures, timelines, deliverables, and go-live plans aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product promotions, trading contests, bonuses, events, and regional activations.
• Work with design, risk, customer support, development, and country teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
• Oversee rollout of campaign materials across website, emails, push notifications, social media, paid ads, and member areas.
• Monitor progress, address execution gaps, and maintain quality across outputs.
• Prepare post-campaign summaries with key findings and recommendations.
