Job summary

AKG Group in Singapore seeks a procurement professional to manage supplier brands from China, Europe, and the USA, focusing on sales KPI and category management across dry food, wet food, treats, toys, and accessories.

You will coordinate meetings, training sessions, and supplier lunches in Singapore, while ensuring competitive pricing and timely product launches with marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Business Management / Administration, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant FMCG procurement/buying experience.
• Ability to conduct supplier meetings independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, motivated and results driven.
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Team player able to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of brand sales KPI and category management in Singapore.
• Manage relationships with overseas suppliers (China, Europe, USA).
• Organize training sessions and supplier meetings in Singapore.
• Gather marketing assets for website uploads and promotions.
• Plan promotions to clear existing inventory.
• Coordinate with Marketing for digital product launches.
• Monitor franchise costs in Singapore and liaise with regional teams.
• Collate orders from regions and coordinate with planners.
