Job Description

The Commodities Sales desk in Singapore is looking for a candidate to cover a wide range of corporate clients primarily from Greater China. Team members help strengthen client relationships by partnering with Trading and Strategists, as well as other internal sales teams. On a day-to-day basis, team members will be expected to deliver exceptional client relationship management, possess expert knowledge across commodity markets & derivative products, and have a highly organized approach to growing the overall business.

Responsibilities / Qualifications

1. Flow trade execution and managing the pre- and post-trade process for clients, including liaising with internal stakeholders (e.g., trading, ops, docs, legal, credit, structuring) to ensure positive client experience, seamless trade execution, and a coordinated approach.
2. Knowledge about financial and macro market movers, and common derivatives products. Commodities background is not required but would be a plus.
3. Ability to quickly synthesize information, research content, market color, and communicate effectively to clients.
4. Coordinating and producing client follow-ups and tailored analysis for clients.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Strong academic record with a minimum Bachelor’s degree.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Strong organizational skills and an interest in working on both flow trades and longer-term projects.
4. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and work well under pressure.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage external and internal stakeholders.
