Job summary

NivaBiz Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable candidate to support international sales of automotive products, including tyres, rims and batteries.

You will identify business opportunities, generate sales, support overseas customers and contribute to effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth. The role involves following up on orders, maintaining strong relationships with overseas customers and coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Studies, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel overseas for business.
• Ability to communicate with overseas customers, including Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support overseas sales to achieve team targets.
• Identify and develop opportunities in international markets.
• Follow up on requirements and order fulfilment.
• Maintain relationships with overseas customers and provide sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
• Prepare sales presentations, reports and data analysis as required.
• Travel overseas when business needs arise (e.g. Cambodia, Myanmar).
