Qualifications

• CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent professional qualification.
• External audit experience of at least 6 years.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, IFRS, SSA and ISA.
• Proven ability to lead engagements and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Oversee a portfolio of local and multinational clients across diverse industries.
• Review audit work to ensure compliance with SFRS, IFRS, SSA and ISA.
• Provide practical solutions on complex accounting and audit matters.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, profitability and billing.
• Coach, mentor and develop audit professionals through regular feedback and performance management.
• Collaborate with partners and business development teams on proposals and new client opportunities.
• Foster a culture of quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
