Job Purpose
To provide strategic architectural leadership for enterprise cloud, SaaS solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated cloud architecture that aligns with business objectives across global operations. The role delivers technical vision and practical implementation guidance for complex cloud-based systems, with a focus on successful enterprise-wide adoption and optimization. Operating within a global enterprise undergoing digital transformation, this role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical implementation, influencing cloud architecture decisions across the organization.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

Strategic Architecture Development:
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards for cloud, SaaS, or Contact Center implementations.
- Lead cloud solution design to meet global business requirements.
- Ensure scalability, integration capabilities, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Leadership:
- Provide expert guidance on implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Lead resolution of complex integration challenges.
- Evaluate and recommend optimal cloud patterns and practices.
- Design integration frameworks for multiple SaaS platforms.

Transformation Management:
- Architect transition strategies from legacy to cloud-based solutions.
- Validate migration approaches to ensure business continuity.
- Establish governance processes for cloud adoption.

Security and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to organizational security standards and industry regulations.
- Oversee implementation of appropriate security measures.
- Drive data privacy compliance across global operations.

Operational Excellence:
- Guide the implementation of monitoring and management frameworks.
- Lead initiatives to improve stability, performance, and efficiency.
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for cloud platforms.

Cloud Architecture Decisions:
- Influence cloud architecture decisions across the organization.
- Balance standardization with flexibility to meet diverse business unit requirements.
- Manage complex multi-vendor SaaS integrations.
- Ensure compliance with varying regional regulations while maintaining a unified architecture.
- Orchestrate seamless transitions from legacy systems to cloud solutions with minimal disruption.
- Optimize cloud costs while meeting performance and reliability requirements.

Do you have what it takes?

• Strong academic credentials are desirable.
• Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistical Science, Business Administration, or similar.
• Certification in Project Management is desirable.
• Certification in Programming is desirable.
•10 years of business and/or enterprise architecture experience and cloud transformation.
