You will prepare, audit, and issue critical shipping documents (NOA, DO, HBL/MBL, HAWB/MAWB, invoices, packing lists, trade permits) and oversee customs clearance, acting as primary contact for clients, carriers, hauliers, brokers to ensure smooth clearance and timely updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Air & Sea import/export operations (FCL/LCL), including carrier bookings, cargo tracking, and site delivery arrangements.
• Prepare, audit, and issue critical shipping documentation, including NOA, DO, HBL/MBL, HAWB/MAWB, invoices, packing lists, and trade permits.
• Oversee Singapore Customs clearance for import and export cargo.
• Act as primary contact for clients, carriers, hauliers, and brokers to ensure smooth clearance and timely updates.
• Calculate shipping costs, issue invoices, verify vendor rate sheets, and prepare quotes.
