We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join as a Global Account Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage liquidity and cash management needs for a portfolio of Financial Institutions, Multi-National Corporations, and Local Corporates. Build close relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Retain annual revenue from your client portfolio, identify opportunities, and support client growth.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver service excellence locally, regionally, and globally, while managing risks effectively. Have a strong understanding of cash management and related risks.
  • Maintain comprehensive client business footprints globally, including accounts, services, profiles, users, and protocols.
  • Serve as the escalation point for client service issues, working with Implementation, Sales, RMs, and Technology to resolve challenges.
  • Coordinate global service delivery with regional counterparts and act as the central contact for service escalation.
  • Lead projects focused on existing business retention, such as billing setups, file conversions, and digital migrations.
