The client of ours is a Global Conglomerate within the Technology Service Industry with presence across America, Europe and Asia Pacific. They are currently expanding their footprint in APAC and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Account Manager to drive strategic enterprise-level relationships with their key global clients across the Financial Services, High Tech and Hyperscale Industry.
The role requires a strong background in enterprise sales, account strategy, and international client management. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to align global customer needs with a tailored solutions while driving revenue growth across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Ownership & Strategy:
Own and manage a portfolio of global enterprise accounts; develop and execute long-term strategic account plans that align with the customer’s business objectives and drive account growth. - Enterprise Sales Execution:
Identify, pursue, and close complex enterprise sales opportunities across regions. Work cross-functionally to customize offerings, manage contract negotiations, and deliver high-value solutions. - Relationship Management:
Build strong, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders at global client organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty. - Global Coordination:
Collaborate with regional sales, support, and delivery teams to ensure consistent service and communication across all geographies. - Forecasting & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, account plans, and reporting using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Present pipeline and performance updates to leadership regularly. - Customer Success Partnership:
Partner with customer success, marketing, and product teams to ensure the seamless implementation, adoption, and expansion of solutions. - Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to inform product development and strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with at least 3 years managing global or strategic accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets.
- Strong understanding of technology/digital services/Hardware
- Experience navigating complex buying processes and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with global teams and clients across different time zones and cultures.
