Key Responsibilities
Owner and responsible party for driving assigned client business development.
· Focal point for customers
Primary contact to streamline quotation, bid submission, communication, ensuring clear information flow and foster a more efficient business process interaction.
· Business Development
Building sustainable business for long term growth.
· Client Relationship Management
Creating strong and positive business relationships to deliver the desired targets.
· Customer Care management.
Creating solutions and resolving business issues efficiently to improve customers satisfaction.
· Contract management
Ensuring accurate and timely filing and agreement deliveries with seamless experiences.
Who We Are Looking For
· Minimum Degree qualified, preferably in the field of Maritime or Logistic and Supply Chain.
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Points and Power BI).
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks that are more critical.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work under stress and tight timelines.
· Meticulous and detail oriented.
· Believer in teamwork.
