Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical database management and data quality checks in EPIC.
• Support care pathway materials creation and SOPs.
• Coordinate Tumour Board documentation and attend sessions.
• Administer health questionnaires to GI cancer patients.
• Facilitate referrals to allied health or social work under supervision.
• Support survivorship discharge documentation and transition to community follow-up.
