The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and an ability to work with international stakeholders in a lean and fast-paced set up. M&A and post-deal integration exposure, in addition to all-rounded finance controllership, reporting & FP&A experience.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with more than 15 years of all-rounded Finance Controllership, Reporting and FP&A experience; ability to present and report to Board members directly
  • Public listed company experience required, and a strong plus to have experience in managing developing markets
  • Must: M&A and post-deal integration exposure, strong business acumen to driven expansion plans
  • Must: Strong understanding of IFRS9 on expected credit losses

Job Scope

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee a regional portfolio and report directly to the Board. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions, including group reporting and consolidation, compliance with listed company requirements, financial analysis, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, and tax and audit matters.

You will provide guidance on IFRS 9 in relation to expected credit losses, identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities, and support the Group’s expansion initiatives across the region. This includes working closely with executive leadership to drive M&A activities, support entry into less developed markets, and manage post-deal integration processes.

Your role will be instrumental in advising on financial impacts to support sound business decisions. You will also champion system implementations and continuous process improvements, working effectively with international stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners including auditors, tax agents, and third-party accounting vendors.
