Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to support elderly residents in a care facility.

You will evaluate mobility and balance, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team from admission to discharge. You will supervise therapy assistants, maintain accurate documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and perform home visits when needed to optimize recovery and quality of life for seniors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy.
• Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore.
• Experience in geriatric or community care settings preferred.
• Compassion and commitment to elderly care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' physical functions to develop evidence-based rehab programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create Individualized Care Plans from admission to discharge.
• Supervise therapy assistants and contribute to departmental operations.
• Focus on elderly care and conduct home visits when necessary to support recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
