Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Elderly Care Assistant to support a group of residents in our Orchard area facility. You will provide compassionate care and companionship, ensuring adherence to daily activities and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include assisting with Basic ADLs, monitoring vital signs, and supporting group activities. A minimum of 3 years in elderly care is required; healthcare assistant certification is preferred, with CPR/AED a bonus.

Qualifications

Min. 3yrs Elderly Care experience.
Healthcare Assistant Certification preferred.
CPR/AED certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Look after a group of elderly clients with quality care and companionship.
Ensure clients follow the daily activity program.
Lead and participate in group activities with clients.
Provide support for Basic ADLs, including personal care and hygiene and medication reminders.
Monitor vital signs and readings.
Give utmost care and passion towards clients and staff.
Adhere to safety in all activities and report incidents promptly.
