A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Geotechnical/Structural Engineer to plan and coordinate instrumentation monitoring works. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Civil Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong technical skills. Responsibilities include executing monitoring works, writing reports, and troubleshooting instrumentation systems. Excellent communication skills are important as well as the ability to work independently and in a team.
Job Description:
Plan and coordinate the Geotechnical / Structural instrument installation and
monitoring works including real time and automated instrumentation
To ensure all monitoring works are executed according to schedule
Writing and review instrument reports and documentation
To prepare and submit monitoring reports to clients
Able to troubleshoot problems with instrumentation systems as they arise
Should have strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
Has relevant experience with construction professionals in a team environment
