Job summary

ECAS Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Structural/Geotechnical Engineer to lead detailed design and calculations for buildings and civil infrastructures. You will coordinate projects, liaise with authorities and clients, review drawings, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with Euro Code 2/3 and local standards.

The candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree, minimum 3 years in relevant design, and proficiency with design software; the role requires

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE board Singapore preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Structural/Geotechnical design.
Knowledge of Euro Code 2, 3 and related design standards.
Independent, organized with positive work attitude.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities on technical matters.

Responsibilities

Undertake detailed design of buildings and civil infrastructures, geotechnical, underground excavation and tunneling works.
Carry out analysis design of buildings and infrastructure.
Project coordination including submission to local authorities and liaison during the construction stage.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical matters.
Train and support junior engineers.
