Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Geotechnical & Instrumentation Engineer based in Singapore to lead site investigations and monitoring activities for major infrastructure projects.

The role requires a PE Board-recognised degree in Civil Engineering or Geology with at least five years of relevant experience, strong planning skills, and the ability to coordinate with instrumentation contractors and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Civil Engineering or Geology recognised by the PE Board.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Familiar with local codes, submission procedures.
• Experience with rock fissure grouting and supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Site evaluation of soil, rock, fault distribution and geological studies to determine engineering properties.
• Coordinate with instrumentation contractor for installation and monitoring issues.
• Update instrumentation drawings.
• Coordinate with construction team to minimise obstruction and damage to monitoring instruments.

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering/ Geology recognised by the PE Board with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in major infrastructure projects

• Have experience in rock fissure grouting processes
• Possess strong planning, organisational and supervisory skills
