Responsibilities

• Monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization, and equipment deployment to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare detailed bored piling records and develop method statements to support construction processes.
• Collaborate with consultants to resolve design issues and align technical requirements with project goals.
• Plan and coordinate construction schedules with main builders and subcontractors to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
• Perform geotechnical capacity calculations for bored piles to verify structural integrity and compliance.
• Analyze geotechnical soil profiles and confirm pile toe levels to ensure foundation stability.
