Public Service Division seeks a Geomatics/Geospatial Manager/Senior Engineer to drive Singapore’s geospatial technology leadership. You will lead frontier technology exploration, manage PoC projects in quantum sensing, GeoAI, and 3D mapping, and develop strategic partnerships with industry and academia.

You will assess technologies, prepare proposals, and facilitate knowledge exchange across government, industry, and research institutions.

Qualifications

3–5 years working experience in public-sector business administration for geomatics/geospatial and related fields.
Background in Land Surveying, Geomatics Engineering, Remote Sensing, Geospatial, GIS or equivalent qualifications.
Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for emerging geomatics/geospatial technology.

Responsabilités

Drive Singapore’s geospatial technology leadership through frontier technology exploration and strategic partnership development.
Lead proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies (quantum sensing, GeoAI, advanced mapping), build strategic partnerships with industry and academia, and support SLA’s Geomatics Community of Practice operations.
Conduct technology assessments, prepare funding proposals, and facilitate knowledge exchange across government, industry, and research institutions.
