Mirxes is seeking a qualified project specialist who excels in maintaining customer communications and coordinating with internal genomics teams to ensure a positive client experience.

The role demands strong problem-solving, multi-tasking under pressure, and meticulous documentation to deliver projects on time and within agreed timelines. You will work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to meet client data delivery expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Technical understanding of next generation sequencing is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for external and internal stakeholders across project phases.
• Facilitate regular meetings, progress updates and reviews to align objectives and expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the online customer portal for clear project records.
• Manage project tracking to deliver within the defined TAT and ensure timely data delivery.
• Perform other duties as directed by the line manager and comply with company directions.
• Observe company regulations and apply best efforts to support business interests.
