Job summary

PIXLR PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative trainer to design and deliver Generative AI workshops that drive real business outcomes in Singapore. You will coach teams, develop learning materials, and tailor programs for marketing, design, and operations.

You'll lead sessions, run webinars, and provide hands-on coaching to boost AI fluency and ROI. The role blends teaching with practical tech adoption, requiring strong communication and curriculum design skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in training, coaching, or L&D roles is a major plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in GenAI tools (ChatGPT, image/video AI tools, automation frameworks).
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience designing learning materials, e-learning platforms, or blended learning.
• Creative, adaptable, and up-to-date with emerging AI practices.
• Based in Singapore - We're looking for talent who understands the local market to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs on Generative AI platforms.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions to upskill teams.
• Develop prompt engineering training content and lessons.
• Foster AI fluency and show practical business applications.
