Job summary

Qualifications

2–4 years' experience in training, coaching, or L&D roles.
Demonstrated expertise in GenAI tools and practical AI applications.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Experience designing learning materials, e-learning platforms, or blended learning.
Based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs on Generative AI platforms.
Customise learning pathways for marketing, design, and operations.
Conduct engaging workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions.
Develop training content focused on prompt engineering.
Foster AI fluency across teams and show ROI through AI adoption.
Keep content up-to-date with latest AI practices.
