Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions across business functions. You will work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and build Generative AI applications using LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation.

The role requires 4-5 years in AI/Data Science, strong Python skills, experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and vector databases, plus hands-on familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in AI, ML, or Data Science.
• Strong programming in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to address business challenges.
• Build and implement Generative AI applications using LLMs.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent automation.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with vector databases.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into AI use cases.
• Develop, test, and optimize prompts for enterprise AI apps.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for model training and analytics.
• Monitor and improve AI model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, and data privacy standards.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and propose innovations.
