Job summary

Lightspeed Studios in Singapore is looking for a highly skilled researcher focused on optimizing content generation models across various media. The ideal candidate will have a PhD and a strong foundation in AI and deep learning, particularly in computer vision.

You will play a key role in improving the performance of AI-generated content and work closely with international stakeholders. Being proficient in English and Mandarin is essential.

Qualifications

• PhD (preferably fulltime) in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Solid foundation in computer vision or machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
• Familiarity with mainstream AIGC frameworks, including GAN, VAE, and Diffusion models.
• Hands-on experience in NLP, multi-modal learning, or AI-generated content is a plus.
• Strong learning ability and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and optimize content generation models (text, image, audio, etc.).
• Conduct algorithm training in image generation and few-shot learning.
• Improve AI painting, text generation, and video generation performance.
• Explore model design and optimization in an R&D context.
