Job description

We are hiring on behalf of a leading global healthcare company known for its trusted portfolio of consumer health products. As part of their growing regional team, the Full Stack Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in designing & implementing end to end solutions.

Employment type: Initial 12 months contract
Remuneration range: $10,000/month + Performance Bonuses

Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading the Generative AI scene within APAC and blend technical leadership with product engineering, requiring deep full stack and Generative AI expertise, stakeholder management, and a steadfast focus on quality, compliance, and scalability.

1. Main Scope - Technical & Leading the team

• Perform regular evaluations of Generative AI solutions developed by external vendors, focusing on architectural soundness, code integrity, scalability, and security standards

• Lead the design and development direction to ensure alignment with ethical and responsible AI frameworks, incorporating best practices such as prompt engineering protocols and structured testing methodologies.

• Carry out in-depth architecture reviews and technical assessments across both new and existing Generative AI and Full Stack applications—from overall solution architecture down to the code level.

• Contribute to the establishment and evolution of engineering standards, tools, and platforms at both regional and global levels, collaborating with other technical leaders to embed these into software engineering workflows.

• Define and operationalize QA procedures specifically for Generative AI solutions, while regularly communicating quality metrics to both business and technology stakeholders.

1. Main Scope - Product Engineering

• Act as the lead advocate for responsible and ethical use of Generative AI across regional product teams, providing training and mentorship in best practices such as safe prompt design and AI risk mitigation.

• Shape the strategic approach to vendor evaluation and selection in the GenAI space, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technology and strong external partnerships.

• Take ownership of the entire solution delivery cycle—driving projects from concept to execution while ensuring delivery excellence and managing associated risks.

• Monitor developments in AI/ML and modern full stack technologies, and translate these innovations into actionable improvements within engineering processes and team capabilities.

To excel in this role

• Background in AI/ML/DS through coursework, specialization, postgraduate studies, or executive education is considered a valuable addition.

• *Demonstrated ability in software engineering, with emphasis on Generative AI initiatives ranging from using LLM APIs, conduct prompt engineering and set up LLM operations.

• Proficiency in either Javascript, Typescript (or Python) and LLM frameworks (e.g. Langchain, Langgraph, etc).

• Proficient in working within a DevOps culture, applying Git-based workflows and performing code reviews alongside CI/CD pipeline evaluations for seamless integration and deployment.

• Proven track record managing software engineering projects, and ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate effectively across different functions.
