Were looking for 4-5 years highly experienced AI specialist who has worked extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4, Claude, or open-source equivalents.

You should have a strong understanding of AI fundamentals and practical experience developing or deploying projects using generative AI whether for text, image, video, or multimodal applications.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who can clearly demonstrate expertise, critical thinking, and creativity with AI tools, not someone relying solely on luck or out-of-the-box prompts.

What You'll Be Helping With:

1. Building or advising on AI-driven tools (text/image/video generation)
2. Workflow automation using LLMs
3. Experimentation with advanced prompt engineering or fine-tuning
4. Helping us stay ahead of AI trends and possibilities

Requirements:

1. Proven track record with real-world AI/LLM projects (text, image, or video)
2. Ability to explain your process, not just show flashy results
3. Solid understanding of prompt engineering, model behavior, and limitations
4. Experience with tools like GPT-4, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Stability AI, etc.

Bonus:

• Some knowledge of API integrations or AI app development
