Job summary

TBS Environmental Services PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Waste Collection Associate to support our waste management operations in Singapore. You will collect waste from bins, assist with route planning, and help maintain equipment and premises.

The role involves cleaning trucks, sorting waste, and supporting drivers to ensure efficient and safe operations. Forklift or excavator license is preferred, training provided.

Qualifications

• Forklift or excavator license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect waste from garbage bins and dispose of it into refuse trucks safely and efficiently.
• Wash and clean garbage trucks and maintain the washing area daily.
• Assist in planning collection routes and identifying waste collection points to optimize operations.
• Support drivers by performing basic maintenance tasks such as greasing equipment and topping up fuel and hydraulic fluids.
• Sort waste and recyclable materials accurately within the warehouse and during collection.
• Sweep and clean waste and leaves within company premises, including the backyard, to maintain a clean environment.
