About the role

As the General Services Manager at Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth operation and delivery of a diverse range of facilities management services within the Dover Central Region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the strategic objectives of the company.

What you'll be doing

Manage a team of facilities professionals to ensure the efficient delivery of services such as cleaning, security, maintenance, and project management

Develop and implement operational plans to meet client requirements and exceed service level agreements

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to enhance the overall facilities experience

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term facility management strategies

Provide mentorship and training to the facilities team to foster their professional growth

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar facilities management role, preferably in the hospitality or commercial sectors

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions

Proficient in budget management, resource planning, and performance monitoring

Comprehensive understanding of facilities management best practices, including maintenance, project management, and compliance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Degree or equivalent qualification in facilities management, property management, or a related field
