About the role

As the General Services Manager at Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth operation and delivery of a diverse range of facilities management services within the Dover Central Region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the strategic objectives of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a team of facilities professionals to ensure the efficient delivery of services such as cleaning, security, maintenance, and project management
  • Develop and implement operational plans to meet client requirements and exceed service level agreements
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to enhance the overall facilities experience
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term facility management strategies
  • Provide mentorship and training to the facilities team to foster their professional growth
  • What we're looking for

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in facilities management, property management, or a related field
