Y Medical & Wellness Pte. Ltd. is hiring two General Practitioners/Family Physicians for its Woodleigh and Fernvale Family Clinics in Singapore.

Roles feature sustainable, well-structured sessions, public-holiday time off, and no overnight or on-call duties. Monthly salary includes 10% profit sharing with potential partnership opportunities in new clinics. Applicants should hold MBBS or equivalent, be SMC-registered, and have at least 3 years' general practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend outpatients consultations across all ages, diagnose and treat.

• Conduct health screenings, minor procedures, and pre-employment medicals.
• Issue medical certificates, referral letters, and reports.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the clinic system.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent experience.

About the Role

We are looking for two General Practitioners / Family Physicians, one to anchor clinic sessions at Our Woodleigh Family Clinic and one at Our Fernvale Family Clinic, and to build lasting relationships with the families we care for. The roles are designed for sustainable practice, with structured sessions, public holidays off, and no overnight or on-call duties. The package shares the clinic's success directly with you through monthly profit sharing, with potential partnership opportunities for new clinics in the group's pipeline.

What You'll Do

• Attend to patients of all ages: outpatient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment
• Manage chronic diseases (e.g. diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidaemia), including CHAS and Healthier SG patients
• Perform child and adult vaccinations, and childhood developmental assessments
• Conduct health screenings, minor procedures (e.g. wound care and suturing, ear syringing), and pre-employment / statutory medical examinations
• Issue medical certificates, referral letters, and medical reports
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the clinic management system
• Work closely with our clinic assistants to keep patient flow smooth and the patient experience excellent

Requirements

• Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and a valid practising certificate
• MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognised by SMC
• At least 3 years of experience in general practice / family medicine
• Comfortable seeing children, including paediatric consultations and vaccinations
• Legally eligible to work in Singapore (this role does not offer work pass sponsorship)
• Able to commit to the clinic schedule below, including night and weekend sessions
• Sound clinical judgement and the ability to practise independently
• Good communication skills and a patient-centred approach
• Good to have: GDFM, MMed (Family Medicine), or equivalent postgraduate qualification

Working Hours: Our Woodleigh Family Clinic (39.5 hours/week)

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 1.30pm
• Night sessions (Monday, Friday and Sunday): 5.30pm to 9.00pm
• Sunday morning: 8.30am to 12.30pm
• Saturdays and Public Holidays: Off

Clinic Hours: Our Fernvale Family Clinic (sessions rostered within these hours)

• Monday: 8.00am to 2.00pm, 5.30pm to 9.00pm
• Tuesday to Friday: 8.00am to 1.00pm, 5.30pm to 9.00pm
• Saturday: 2.00pm to 6.00pm
• Sunday: 8.30am to 12.30pm, 5.30pm to 9.00pm
• Public Holidays: Closed

Remuneration & Benefits

• Monthly salary of S$15,500
