Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage export-related documents (shipping docs, invoices, packing lists, PEB, and other required paperwork).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, QA, Finance) to ensure smooth processing of export orders.
  • Liaise with external parties (freight forwarders, shipping agents, EMKL, insurance providers, customs authorities, and other relevant government bodies).
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with export regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain proper filing and records for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Provide administrative support and help resolve any issues during the shipping process.

Job Requirements:

  • Singapore Citizen only
  • Must have experience in export documentation and coordination.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with export documentation systems.
  • Good communication skills in English.
