  • Monday to Friday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
  • Requires 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Expected salary: $2,000 - $3,000 per month
  • Job Description:

    The Role: As a financial admin at Privilege Motors Pte Ltd, you will work within the financial team to assist in recording financial transactions, processing invoices, purchase orders, maintaining social media, and payroll. You may also assist with in-house loan or floor stock management and other duties as assigned. Additionally, you will ensure the office remains organized and tidy.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Processing work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, account payments, and payroll
    • Assisting with credit control, budget planning, and expense analysis
    • Maintaining digital records of financial transactions and documents
    • Coordinating daily financial tasks to ensure workflow efficiency
    • Managing office supplies, inventory, and maintaining a comfortable office environment
    • Managing the company's social media accounts
    Requirements:
    • Car trade administration experience is a bonus
    • Punctual and proactive with problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated and disciplined
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Meticulous with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
