As General Manager, you will steer our operations through various landscapes, identify business opportunities, and have direct ownership of the business outcomes. You will also influence the guest experience and nurture your team, making a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:
General Management
  • Drive overall operational and business performance
  • Develop clear team structures with specific Areas of Responsibility (AOR) and Directly Responsible Individuals (DRI)
  • Collaborate with the Board to set goals (commercial and non-commercial) with clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Lead teams to achieve set OKRs
  • Establish and communicate operating standards
  • Ensure team adherence to standards
  • Align teams with the venue’s and group’s mission and values
  • Maintain quality, operational, and hygiene standards
  • Monitor compliance with licensing laws, safety, and food standards
Talent & Financial Management
  • Lead annual planning and budgeting, ensuring targets are met
  • Own the venue’s Profit and Loss statement
  • Analyze sales reports and trends, implement cost controls, and improve sales and marketing tools
  • Develop staff training plans based on business needs
  • Determine staffing requirements, oversee hiring and training
  • Implement training strategies with support from the Talent Team
  • Coordinate employee movements and performance feedback with HR
