Tanjong Beach Club is a surfside restaurant, bar, and club located on Singapore’s best strip of sand. It offers panoramic sea views and serves fresh coastal cuisine and artisanal cocktails amidst sprawling poolside daybeds and indoor dining spaces.

We are seeking a General Manager to lead our team, identify new business opportunities, and influence the guest experience and team development. The role involves strategic oversight and operational management to ensure high standards and financial performance.

Responsibilities include:
  1. General Management:
  2. Oversee daily operations, manage standards and guest service
  3. Provide vision for food & beverage offerings based on market trends
  4. Develop and implement plans to meet targets
  5. Manage staff, schedules, and operational procedures
  6. Maintain venue equipment and facilities
  7. Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and food safety standards
  8. Coordinate marketing activities related to sales and events
  9. Human Resource & Financial Management:
  10. Plan manpower and budgets
  11. Analyze sales data, implement cost controls, and improve sales tools
  12. Develop staff, oversee hiring, training, and performance reviews
  13. Collaborate with HR on staff support and compliance
