Job Summary:

The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and performance of the business unit in SingaporeThis role involves management of functions within the company, developing and implementing strategic plans, ensuring operational efficiency, managing budgets, and driving growth and profitability.

He/she should possess a deep domain knowledge of precast concrete business, demonstrating good understanding of Singapore construction landscape and has strong existing contacts/network and customer base

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets

• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.

• Lead, motivate and fostering a high-performing work environment within the business unit and intercompany relations

• Oversee day-to-day operational works to ensure high standards of performance are met.

• Develop and to implement strategies to meet sales target

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Networking, nurturing, and developing relationships with customers

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry preferably in the precast concrete or construction materials industry. Experience in the leadership / management role will be an added advantage

• Possess good business acumen, drive and self-motivation to succeed.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic initiatives.

• Willingness to travel as needed
