Responsibilities
We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead a high-volume manufacturing plant, reporting to the VP of Operations.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence to drive plant performance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include overseeing operations, budgets, facilities, and cross-functional alignment with business strategies.
The GM will build high-performing teams, manage talent, and foster a culture of agility, innovation, and accountability.
This role directly impacts financial outcomes, organizational effectiveness, and long-term business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
15+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, including 5+ years in senior plant leadership.
Proven success managing large operations (200+ staff) and driving financial performance.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and knowledge of semiconductor trends and compliance.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and willingness to travel as needed.
