  • Build and lead high-performing teams, set performance goals and promote culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

  • Manage key customer and supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure on-time delivery.

  • Ensure adherence to all legal, safety and industry regulations while proactively managing operational risks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

  • Solid years of experience in aviation/defence manufacturing field

  • Strong knowledge in production planning, supply chain and ERP/CRM systems
