Job description

· Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

· Manage a team of Operation Executive and Foreman.

· Monitor daily deployment records / and roster allocations.

· Engage Blue collared workers on a regular basis, settle grievances.

· Oversee day-to-day operations of Prime Mover Drivers/ Lashing Specialist IGH and Reefer department.

· Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

· Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.

· Lead, motivate, and support high-performing teams through mentorship and performance management.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.

· Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership or the board.

· Foster a positive and productive work environment and company culture.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s IN degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a senior management or leadership role.
