About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to support our team as a General Manager, Master Franchise based in Singapore. This role involves overseeing business performance and managing relationships with master franchisees across assigned markets. You will be responsible for driving sales, operations, expansion, and ensuring contractual compliance through leadership and influence with franchisees and internal teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for market growth, analyze market trends, and coordinate with internal departments to support franchise expansion.
  • Driving Performance: Monitor key performance metrics, provide insights for improvement, and resolve conflicts affecting franchisee success.
  • Prioritization and Alignment: Work with franchise leadership to prioritize impactful initiatives, conduct quarterly business reviews, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Coaching and Management: Guide franchisees to enhance sales and profitability, and support sustainable development planning.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with franchisees, facilitate communication, and share best practices across markets.
  • Team Management and Leadership: Lead internal teams to support business targets and ensure coordination across functions.
  • Standards and Compliance: Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards and legal agreements, and conduct evaluations to monitor performance.
  • New Market Opening: Lead onboarding and opening activities for new markets, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in QSR or similar industry.
  • 6+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of franchise operations, legal frameworks, and market dynamics.
  • Analytical, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet franchise partners and oversee operations.
