As they continue to expand and modernize their technology landscape, they are seeking a skilled IT Manager to join their team and lead key initiatives in IT infrastructure, systems integration, and digital transformation.

The Role

• Oversee and manage all IT operations, including infrastructure, network, systems, and application support.

• Lead the implementation, upgrade, and integration of business systems (e.g., trading platforms, core banking systems, CRM, ERP)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and recommend suitable technology solutions

• Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and third-party service providers

• Lead incident response and business continuity planning

• Implement IT governance policies and best practices

• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to increase operational efficiency

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computing, Information Systems, or a related field

• 10 to 15 years of IT experience, including strong hands-on exposure to infrastructure, applications, cloud, and security

• Proven experience in IT operations, vendor management, and regional user support

• Prior experience with financial services, private equity, asset management, or investment environments preferred

• Familiarity with finance or accounting systems is a strong advantage
• Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance

• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate independently in a lean and growing team

• Regional experience (e.g., Hong Kong, Vietnam, Japan) is beneficial but not mandatory
