Kosy Living Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior marketing leader to drive strategic planning, brand building, and sales channel optimization.

You will shape a 1-3 year marketing plan, define market positioning and target segments, and lead annual budgeting to maximize ROI. You will conduct market research, steer brand promotion across online and offline channels, manage CRM initiatives, and coordinate with design, sales, and operations to deliver measurable growth in a dynamic home-renovation

Competenze

8+ years of senior management experience in the integrated home renovation/furnishing industry.
At least 2 years of management experience in the Southeast Asian market.
Familiarity with BCA policies.

Mansioni

Develop the company's 1-3 year marketing plan and annual marketing plan, clarifying market positioning, target customer segments, and competitive strategies, and execute upon approval by the General Manager.
Decompose sales targets for the retail, design, and marketing departments, monitor quarterly/monthly progress, and dynamically adjust strategies in response to market changes.
Lead the preparation and execution control of the annual marketing budget (including advertising, promotions, channel expenses, etc.), ensuring maximum ROI.
Organize market research to analyze trends in Singapore's integrated home renovation industry, competitor movements, and shifts in customer demand, producing data-driven reports to guide product development.
Formulate brand development strategies, oversee online and offline brand promotion, and enhance brand awareness and reputation.
Manage brand crisis communication, swiftly respond to negative public sentiment, and safeguard the company's reputation.
Guide the retail department in developing in-store sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer conversion processes to increase average transaction value and repeat purchase rates.
Expand diversified sales channels and optimize channel costs and efficiency.
Review major client contracts to ensure compliance and profitability.
Establish a CRM system, driving service improvements through satisfaction surveys and complaint analysis.
Collaborate with the design department to ensure design solutions align with market demands, balancing creativity with standardized cost control.
Promote product innovation based on customer feedback, and formulate launch and promotion strategies.
Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and motivation of managers in the three subordinate departments.
Conduct regular marketing coordination meetings to ensure departmental goals are aligned.
Represent the marketing function in senior management decision-making.
