We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Finance to manage strategically and optimize the company's financial resources. The successful candidate will oversee banking relationships, treasury operations, profit and loss (P&L) management, and ensure compliance with direct taxation laws and regulations. The role requires a strong understanding of SAP modules to enhance financial processes and drive long-term value creation.Key Responsibilities: Banking Management: Maintain strong bank relationships, secure favorable financial terms, and optimize banking fees and services. Treasury Operations: Manage cash flow, liquidity, investments, and mitigate risks related to foreign exchange and interest rates. P&L Support: Oversee accurate P&L statements, financial forecasts, and identify trends and risks impacting profitability. Direct Taxation: Ensure compliance with direct taxation laws, regulations, and optimize tax liabilities. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare financial statements, regulatory reports, and maintain compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements. Audit Coordination: Support internal, statutory, and ASM audits, and implement audit recommendations for process improvement. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, aligning them with strategic goals. Strategic Planning: Contribute to financial strategy, focusing on capital allocation and risk management.
