Qualifications

Job description

Salary : Up to S$4,000/- Per Month

Work Hours : 44 hours per week

Work Day : 5 days’ work week

Off Day : Enjoy 2 scheduled off days per week, including one weekday and one weekend. Weekend offs are rotated fairly among team members to ensure everyone gets balanced time for rest and personal plans.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Director in overseeing daily fashion retail operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on retail experience, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for customer service and visual merchandising. You will play a key role in supporting the operational and people aspects of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities for retail positions, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and coach retail staff on customer service standards and selling techniques.
  • Oversee and coordinate visual merchandising displays, ensuring alignment with seasonal campaigns, brand guidelines, and promotional themes.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Director.
  • Assist in monitoring and supporting daily retail operations across outlets to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
  • Work closely with the retail team to address and resolve team-related issues, support staff engagement, and encourage team discipline and performance.
  • Prepare reports and updates as required by the Director on store performance, staff development, and operational issues.

Ad-hoc Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the Director as needed, without limitations to working days or hours.
  • Be available to travel on short notice.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are advantageous.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking Directors).
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role preferably with fashion retail background.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a SME environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
